Shipping policy

All products are free delivered to the United States and frequently delivered within 3-4 business days via DHL, UPS, or USPS Express (Mon-Fri).

TRANSIT & ORDER HANDLING:

  • Processing time: 1-2 Business Days (Mon-Fri)

  • Transit time: 3-4 Business days (Mon to Fri) Standard Shipping
    In case of delay for any reason, we will instantly contact you.

SHIPPING RATES: 

  • All orders under $99.00 will have a tiered shipping and handling pricing based on product by carrier.

  • FREE Shipping On Order Over 99$

TRACKING: 

  • Once your order has been dispatched, it comes with a tracking number, allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.

  • When your order has shipped, you will get an email from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status.

  • Please let us allow 48 hours for the tracking info to become available. 

  • Please make sure, the email you provided is accurate and correct, or you will not receive the notification.

*Please note, once an order has been picked up by the carrier, it is considered 'shipped' therefore we are unable to cancel or refund.

*Note: Any orders that have shipped would then fall under the RETURN SHIPPING POLICY below. 

 Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused product for a full refund or an even exchange. 

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note,  all items must be unused and in the original packaging.  

Please email us at juliep@thewarehouse.salon to receive a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.  Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. 

Please allow up to 1 week for your return to be processed once it has been received at our warehouse. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, our customer service department will provide confirmation of your refund. 

*Note: Returned products will be inspected by our returns department and if items are deemed altered, damaged or tampered with a processing fee will be tacked on.  This is to ensure the integrity of our company and the products that we carry.

Return Shipping

In the event of a packing error by our team, Poiēma Salon will cover any return shipping cost. 

Any other returns, please feel free to reach out to juliep@thewarehouse.salon to speak to a representative in regards to your return shipping options. 

Poiēma Salon will be happy to pass along our shipping rates to our customers in regards to returns. Shipping rates would then be deducted from total refunded amount

**Please note, shipping charges on original order are non-refundable**

If you are using a freight forwarder, please have the items inspected before shipping out of the country. Poiēma Salon is NOT responsible for any items re-shipped outside of the US.
