Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. At Poiema Salon we require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations without proper notice prohibit other guests on our waitlist from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to hold any appointment via our online portal. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.
